Where to find oil galacticraft

Have ran into a issue in that when I try to pick up oil in a bucket it turns into water. This is a galacticraft planets 2.0.10.972 immibis core 57.1. Crude Oil is a naturally spawning fluid found in the over world at y=20 (as of 0.0.14). The oil can be collected and refined using a Bucket, and an Oil refinery, respectively. from my experience, oil spawns between levels 20 and 30. the reason the dropper is a "hit or miss" is because of a little bug where there needs to be a block under a non-running oil block so when i try to "harvest" oil i usually build a block and right click with the dropper and move on until you get as much oil you can or until it runs out
